Megan and Kirsty, two of my ‘sister in law’s’ to be!
Last night we spent the evening at BAHA for Josh’s mum’s birthday! It’s a new venue/restaurant in Bowness that Josh has been working on for over a year now and they finally opened the doors to the restaurant earlier this week. Here’s a little peak at what I had to eat, luxury fish pie for main and a lemon creme brûlée for dessert! It was all so wonderful! I will 100% be back for the fillet steak (I got to try Josh’s and it was so tender and perfectly cooked!). Later, we went downstairs for more drinks, I had non alcoholic versions of the ‘be rhub not to’ and ‘Indian spice trader’ both super delicious. BAHA is such a chilled, sophisticated place and we’ve needed somewhere like this on our doorstep. It’s a definite MUST if you are visiting the Lakes. Enjoy the rest of your Saturday evening, L.
